Reminder about prescription requesting.

To request a prescription, patients must do so in writing. This can be done by handing in a prescription request slip at either of our surgeries, sending an email, or using our online patient services. Please note that prescription requests cannot be accepted over the phone to ensure accuracy and safety. Allow at least 48 hours for your prescription to be processed. If you have any questions about your medication or the prescription process, please contact the surgery for assistance.
