Practice Manager

To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, Quality & CI, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.

Lead GP

To provide clinical leadership of GP services within the practice, be
responsible for clinical governance, represent the practice and work as
a team with the Federation’s Director of Primary Care Services

General Practitioners (GP’S)

General practitioners (GPs) treat all common medical conditions and refer patients to hospitals and other medical services for urgent and specialist treatment. They focus on the health of the whole person combining physical, psychological and social aspects of care.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Advanced Nurse Practitioners are Registered Nurses who have done extra training and academic qualifications to be able to examine, assess, make diagnoses, treat, prescribe and make referrals for patients who present with undiagnosed/undifferentiated problems

Practice Nurse

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Healthcare Assistants (HCA)

Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.

Trainee Nurse Associate (TNA)


Practice Pharmacist

Externally employed Practice Pharmacist who comes into GCS/CH Two days per week. They’re here to help patients with medication related problems, conduct medication reviews and provide medicines related information all in a bid to promote safe and appropriate use of medications; ensuring patients clinical conditions continue to be optimally controlled.


Senior Administration

The senior receptionists organize and assign duties and tasks to front office team members. Monitor daily performance of front office team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely

Administrative Team

The administration team are professionals who are responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors and patients at a healthcare facility. They schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and monitor stock and supplies at the healthcare facility
